Arrest Made in a Burglary Two of an Establishment Offense: 1600 Block of Connecticut Avenue, Northwest

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Second District announce that an arrest has been made in reference to a Burglary Two of an Establishment offense that occurred on Wednesday, October 15, 2019, in the 1600 block of Connecticut Avenue, Northwest.

At approximately 7:00 am, the suspect entered an establishment at the listed location. Once inside, the suspect attempted to take property. The suspect was unsuccessful and fled the scene.

On Wednesday, January 22, 2020, pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant, 58 year-old Bernard Anthony Wood, of Northwest, DC, was arrested and charged with Burglary Two.
