What’s a Pop-Up Theater?

How many times have you passed the strangely designed building across from Union Market on your shortcut to or from New York Avenue and wondered, “what the hell is a pop-up movie?” And “Who is Angelika?” It wasn’t until I wandered in to take in a movie did I find out. The theater was only supposed to be temporary, “pop-up”, and now it’s in year 3. Treat yourself. It’s a gem hiding in plain sight.
