Updated Suspect Sought in Robbery (Snatch) Offenses in the Second District

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division seek the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in reference to Robbery offenses that occurred in the Second District.

On Saturday, December 4, 2019, at approximately 8:09 pm, the suspect approached the victim in the 3900 block of Ingomar Street, Northwest.  The suspect snatched the victim’s property and then fled the scene.  CCN: 19-216-436

On Tuesday, December 24, 2019, at approximately 4:00 pm, the suspect approached the victim in the 4300 block of Yuma Street, Northwest. The suspect snatched the victim’s purse and took currency from her wallet. The suspect then tossed the victim’s purse on the ground and fled the scene. CCN: 19-228-756

On Tuesday, December 31, 2019, at approximately 6:50 pm, the suspect approached the victim in the 3900 block of Jenifer Street, Northwest. The suspect snatched the victim’s purse and fled the scene. CCN: 19-232-615

Anyone who can identify this individual or who has knowledge of these incidents should take no action but call police at (202) 727-9099 or text your tip to the Department’s TEXT TIP LINE at 50411.
