As she works to give all Washingtonians a fair shot at pathways to the middle class, Mayor Bowser will participate in several events to highlight the District’s economic progress.

On Wednesday, Mayor Bowser will break ground on MLK Gateway, a revitalization project in Historic Anacostia that will bring office, retail, and other neighborhood serving amenities to Ward 8.
On Thursday, Mayor Bowser will hold a press conference to discuss 2020 initiatives.
On Friday, the Mayor will attend the Economic Club of Washington’s Luncheon.
