Closing Out Black History Month

The DC Voice hopes you enjoyed our series of Black History Month articles. We wanted to highlight the contributions and contributors who have shaped America. We took you through a very small sampling of Black America’s contributions to sports, music, science, military, politics, and the road to freedom. Including the parts that history sometimes tries to forget. In the end it was about bringing you people and events that helped “change the narrative” and embraced the spirit of “Always Forward®“.
