Arrest Made in an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Bottle) Offense: 900 Block of U Street, Northwest

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Third District have announced an arrest has been made in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Bottle) offense that occurred on Thursday, October 3, 2019, in the 900 block of U Street, Northwest.

At approximately 12:20 am, the suspect struck the victim with a bottle at the listed location. The victim refused medical treatment. The suspect was apprehended on scene.

On Thursday, October 3, 2019, 28-year-old Jimmy Earl Streeter, Jr., of Northwest, DC, was arrested and charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Bottle).
