Press ReleaseDetectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Youth and Family Services Division have announced an arrest has been made in reference to a First Degree Sexual Abuse a Minor offense, which occurred in the District of Columbia.
In May 2019, the suspect engaged in a sexual act with a minor victim, with whom he had a significant relationship.
On Monday, August 12, 2019, pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant, 42-year-old John Robert Santiago, of Fulton, MD, was arrested and charged with First Degree Sexual Abuse of a Minor.
