Arrest Made in a Burglary One Offense: 3800 Block of Halley Terrace, Southeast

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Seventh District have announced an arrest has been made in reference to a Burglary One offense that occurred on Tuesday, August 27, 2019, in the 3800 block of Halley Terrace, Southeast.
At approximately 10:20 am, the suspect entered an occupied residence at the listed location. Once inside, the suspect assaulted the victim and took the victim’s property. The suspect was apprehended by responding officers.
On Tuesday, August 27, 2019, 33-year-old Alonzo Hinton, of Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Burglary One.
