Chai Tea and a Chat with Gayle Hall-Carley Candidate for Ward 5 Council

Friday mornings in the District are most certainty changing!  Clear skies and hot temperatures have arrived just in time for the campaign season. And starting it off with medium Chai tea to talk about the 2018 Primary Elections that are heating up, is quite refreshing!   The candidates for Ward 5 Council have been on the campaign trail ready to share their plans with the constituents in the community.

The DC Voice had an opportunity to chat with a candidate for Ward 5 Gayle Hall-Carley about her action plan which has three key components Education, Safety, and Affordable Housing.
